Ground Zero for Metabolic Dysfunction/Syndrome is Mitochondria, Insulin & Liver.
There are two types of diseases :
1) Chronic Lifestyle Diseases : 80% Chronic Lifestyle Diseases Cannot Exist, if we Can Prevent Fatty Liver, Gut Dysbiosis, Dysfunctional Amygdala, Weak Prefrontal Cortex (By Following A Yogic Lifestyle).
2) Acute Diseases : 12% Acute Diseases Are Easily Curable.
Note : Emergency and Accidental Cases : 8% (This data can vary)
What is metabolic health and who is metabolically healthy? The answer is someone who is Insulin Sensitive i.e. has no liver fat, no visceral fat, no insulin resistance. You need to address higher insulin / insulin resistance first. If you know how to manipulate insulin without consuming daily pills then you know how to drastically reduce excess fat. Insulin rise & insulin plateau i.e. Insulin spike & insulin sensitivity… Insulin sensitivity indicates insulin resistance.
Think health not diseases.
How to make or produce more mitochondria.

Natural ways to heal fast : Natural ways to be healthy : Insulin based health and wellness model : Not calories based health and wellness model .
Michael Phelps 12,000 calories diet…. Where he burnt 6,000 calories only through exercises….. the question is how he burnt The Other 6,000 calories ……..you find the answer and you have the solution for chronic Lifestyle diseases.
Metabolic dysfunction is the root cause of chronic Lifestyle diseases…and to understand metabolism we need to focus on what is happening inside the cell in terms of growth and burning…..i.e. in terms of functional regulation of insulin and mitochondria respectively.
The ground zero of metabolic dysfunction is mitochondria(burning) and insulin(growth) .
Mitochondria is not able to process the energy properly in ATP leading to metabolic dysfunction i. e. body has to release more insulin to balance the left over energy and insulin convert that extra energy into fat in the fat depot of the body. If this process continues i. e. if extra energy keeps coming in and body has to release extra insulin to convert access amount of energy. Then after sometime metabolic diseases starts because body has a limited capacity to store fat. And then finally vicious cycle of insulin resistance and metabolic syndromes i. e. chronic Lifestyle diseases continues.
Mitochondria is actually a refurbished bacteria.
Mitochondria is basically fat. Mitochondria is made up of fatty acids. So if you are not having right fat, your health is moving backwards.
Low insulin level indicates that mitochondria is working properly, so energy is not being diverted into fat deposition in the body.
Fructose impacts three enzymes AMP Kinase, ACAD L, CPT 1A negatively ……which negatively impacts the function of Mitochondria in the production of ATP. Where as glucose increases AMP kinase and HADH which impacts positively in the functioning of Mitochondria.
The goal is to run mitochondria cleanly and efficiently and get rid of the old ones . Because Old mitochondria causes oxidative stress. So having the best mitochondria is the goal. That is why exercise is important. Because exercise induces PGC-1 α which is the precursor in the biogenesis of new mitochondria. And PGC-1 α impacts positively the protein parkin 1, which is the first signal to show that mitochondria is under stress leading to Diabetes , Parkinson’s and other chronic diseases.
All these chronic diseases are mitochondrial diseases that are defects in energy utilisation.
Fructose decreases mitochondrial beta oxidation.
Serum lactate shows mitochondrial dysfunction.
The root cause of chronic lifestyle disease is chronic inflammation ……and the root cause of chronic inflammation is out of the balance Gut Microbiome. Inflammation usually starts at the gut. As 70% of our immunity is along the gut lining.
Fatty Liver…. The silent killer inside your own body :
How to exist without diseases : 8 subcellular pathologies making us die early.
What is food?….Substrate which contributes either the growth or the burning of an organism is called food.
Glucose gets converted into glycogen not the fructose. Fructose gets converted into fatty acids/ VLDL / triglycerides. And this triglycerides cause fatty liver or heart diseases or obesity. Fatty liver causes insulin resistance which leads to metabolic diseases.
2 tyes of LDL……1) Large Buoyant which is metabolically neutral & 2) Small Dense which is dangerous and metabolically unhealthy…. blood test doesn’t show small dense LDL.
What are Amylose & Amylopectin?
Steps for metabolic health :
Steps for gut health:
Three enzymes responsible for fat deposition in the body i. e. burning vs storing :
Reactive Hypoglycemia that is the insulin which is hanging around after clearing the food which is very important because it pushes the blood glucose level lower than the baseline which makes you irritable and hungry.
Every cell in the body has glucose transporter Glute 1 – 11,Glute 1 – 11, Glute 4 is the transporter / carrier of insulin. Glute 4 is present only in muscles and fat. So in case of high insulin glute 4 deposits fat into the fat cells and muscles. So if fat deposits occurs as visceral fat or liver fat which is metabolically active, it causes metabolic syndrome or metabolic dysfunction or metabolic diseases Glute 5 and glute 7 are transporter for fructose. Glute 1 is a glucose transporter in the brain.
There are only two glucose Transporter which require insulin to get glucose inside the cell and they are glute 2 and glute 4.
What is leptin resistance? How higher insulin levels blocks leptin? Around 4 billion people in the world are suffering from leptin resistance.
Fat deposition by higher amount of insulin is done by two Pathways. First is by glute 4 Transporter which convert glucose into fats. And second is through enzyme lipoprotein lipase which convert fatty acids into fat. Both these two Pathways are stimulated by higher amount of insulin.

Nutrition.
Metabolic Health.
Hyperinsulinemia.
Hyperlipidemia.
Adipose inflammation.
Nutrient storage or anabolic adipose.
Cytokines.
Increased fat.
Mitochondrial dysfunction.
Hyperglycemia.
Hypoglycemia.
Higher insulin makes you feel more hungry and increases appetite, thus causing more & more fat deposition. And thus this vicious cycle continuous.
Chronic Lifestyle diseases can not exist if one has the right knowledge and understanding of metabolism. And relationship between metabolism and lifestyle.
Carbohydrate insulin model:
Energy balance model:
Nutrition and metabolic health :
Excess subcutaneous fat goes into systemic circulation which is around 6 litres of blood and ultimately it goes to liver for storage and the form of fat deposition. We can store up to 10 kgs of subcutaneous fat safely.
Excess visceral fat goes into the liver through portal veins and the capacity of the portal vein is around 250 ml. Visceral fat doesn’t go into systemic circulation. We can store 1.5 kg of visceral fat safely.
So 22 pounds of subcutaneous fat is equivalent to 4 pounds of visceral fat and which is equivalent to half a Pound of liver fat.
There is no medicine which can enter mitochondria and all chronic Lifestyle diseases are actually the mitochondrial malfunctioning or dysfunction.
Only food can enter mitochondria.
Hypoxia generates more mitochondria. So hypoxia helps burning.
in fact hypoxia improves mitochondrial activity and functionality.
Excess cortisol causes lipogenesis. And the second hormone neuropeptide Y causes lipogenesis also, if the excess level of stress continuous for more than 10 minutes.
Conversion of Carbohydrates / glucose to pyruvate which is called glycolysis produce 2 ATP. Then Krebs cycle i. e. tri carboxylic acid cycle produces 36 ATP in efficient mitochondria. In inefficient mitochondria where we miss Krebs cycle, cell produces more and more fat in the form of vldl or triglyceride or liver fat.Cytokines released from cell death get distributed into the whole six liters of blood in the systemic circulation in case of subcutaneous fat is relatively very small and to make it large you need more than 25 pounds of subcutaneous fat.
And then cytokines will go to the liver and then it will cause damage to the liver. So you need minimum 10 kilograms of subcutaneous fat to damage your liver metabolically. This high level of subcutaneous fat can damage your body mechanically but not metabolically.
Because cytokines concentration from dead adipocytes of subcutaneous fat would not reach that level which will cause difficulty at the level of liver or at the level of any other cell in terms of functioning, we call this obesity metabolically healthy.
Visceral fat and liver fat are metabolically active where as you need more than 10 kgs of subcutaneous fat to be metabolically active.
Visceral fat does not drains into the systemic circulation of blood. Instead visceral fat drains into portal vein i. e. portal circulation which is around 250 ml in volume.
We have two kinds of circulation system : 1) Systemic circulation 2) Portal circulation system.
System circulation goes like this : Heart – Aorta – Artery – Arteriole – Organ – Veinuole – Vein – Vena Cava – Heart.
The bottom line is in systemic circulation every blood cell goes through one organ during circulation. Whereas in the portal circulatory system every blood cell goes through two organs during one circulation in the way back to the heart.
There are two portal circulatory system in our body. 1) from hypothalamus to pituitary 2) from pancreas to liver.
